Admin & Operations Assistant Job in Kenya - Songa Mobility

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the office and workshop run smoothly and efficiently (access, utilities, vendors etc)
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors & general inquiries
  • Manage records, correspondence, filing systems & basic bookkeeping
  • Oversee office coordination (supplies, pantry, cleaning, workspace readiness)
  • Support inventory tracking, ERP data entry & warehouse operations
  • Coordinate deliveries, pickups & liaise with riders, couriers & service providers

  • Maintain shipment tracking and flag delays to the operations team

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-3 years’ experience in admin or office support
  • Strong organization, multitasking & attention to detail
  • Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Experience with logistics, inventory, or ERP systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with Nairobi operations/logistics setup
