As an MCOS Intern, you will not be on the sidelines. You will be integrated into engagement teams, working directly with senior consultants and partners to deliver measurable value to clients across diverse sectors including Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology.
Key Responsibilities
Your
role will be dynamic, requiring a blend of analytical rigor and professional
agility:
- Data Synthesis
& Analysis: Assist in
gathering and analyzing large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies,
and growth opportunities for clients.
- Engagement
Support: Contribute to the delivery of
outsourced functions (e.g., finance, HR, or PMO), ensuring high standards
of accuracy and compliance.
- Business
Process Mapping: Work with
the team to document “As-Is” processes and design “To-Be” models that
drive operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder
Communication: Assist in
drafting high-impact presentations, reports, and proposals for C-suite
executives.
- Market
Research: Conduct desktop research on
industry benchmarks, regulatory changes, and emerging market trends to
support strategic recommendations.
Requirements
We value

- Educational
Background: Recent graduate in Business,
Finance, Economics, or a related field and at least CPA Section 2 or
equivalent.
