Are you confident on the phone, strong at negotiation, and motivated by results?
Our client is seeking a driven Collection Agent to engage customers, negotiate
payment solutions, and support effective debt recovery in a professional
call-centre environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Making outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts
- Negotiating realistic payment plans and accurately updating customer
records
- Consistently meeting daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets
- Handling disputes professionally while maintaining data accuracy
- Recommending accounts for further action and participating in
ongoing training
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally
- Computer literacy (collections systems knowledge is an added
advantage)
- High integrity, reliability, and ability to work under pressure
- Minimum High School certificate
- Call centre or customer service experience is an added advantage
