Collection Agent (Call Centre) Job in Kenya

Are you confident on the phone, strong at negotiation, and motivated by results?

Our client is seeking a driven Collection Agent to engage customers, negotiate payment solutions, and support effective debt recovery in a professional call-centre environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Making outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts
  • Negotiating realistic payment plans and accurately updating customer records
  • Consistently meeting daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets
  • Handling disputes professionally while maintaining data accuracy
  • Recommending accounts for further action and participating in ongoing training

What We’re Looking For:


  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally
  • Computer literacy (collections systems knowledge is an added advantage)
  • High integrity, reliability, and ability to work under pressure
  • Minimum High School certificate
  • Call centre or customer service experience is an added advantage
