Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to tables
promptly and accurately.
- Ensure food presentation, temperature, and
quality meet restaurant standards.
- Communicate with kitchen and service staff
regarding order status and guest needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the waiter stations
and the restaurant .
- Always follow food safety and sanitation
guidelines.
- Assist with restocking condiments.
- Support opening and closing duties as assigned
depending on the business dynamics.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices and
quality standards as per the S.O.P.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help the
servers.
Experience
- Be competent in sales and/or project delivery
for small and large projects and administrative/business management, with
proven ability in customer service.
- Must have Excellent people management skills.
- Must have strong Business Acumen.
- Must have ability to work effectively in an
unstructured/structured, fast-paced and P&L driven environment.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop team
members.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience
preferred.
- Knowledge of menu items and allergens.
