In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Processing and issuing customer invoices
accurately and on time
- Recording daily financial transactions in
QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar accounting systems
- Assisting in payroll preparation and ensuring
statutory deductions (PAYE, NSSF, NHIF) are accurate
- Conducting bank and supplier reconciliations to
maintain accurate financial records
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual
financial reports for management review
- Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with
internal policies and statutory regulations
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting,
Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in a finance or accounting
role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar
accounting software
- Familiarity with KRA e-TAX system and statutory
requirements in Kenya
- CPA (Kenya) qualification is a plus
