Finance Associate Job in Kenya

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing and issuing customer invoices accurately and on time
  • Recording daily financial transactions in QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar accounting systems
  • Assisting in payroll preparation and ensuring statutory deductions (PAYE, NSSF, NHIF) are accurate
  • Conducting bank and supplier reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
  • Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations

What we’re looking for:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar accounting software
  • Familiarity with KRA e-TAX system and statutory requirements in Kenya
  • CPA (Kenya) qualification is a plus
