provider specializing in organic, inorganic, and specialty fertilizers. As we
expand in Kenya, we seek a Field Sales
Representative with strong experience in
fertilizer and agricultural input sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell Boson’s fertilizer portfolio to farmers, cooperatives,
agro-dealers, and large-scale growers.
- Develop new business leads through field visits, forums, and
outreach activities.
- Conduct field demos, trials, and farmer trainings on
fertilizer use and crop performance.
- Provide technical support on soil fertility and crop
nutrition.
- Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and prepare
field reports.
- Represent the company at agricultural events and support local
marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Soil Science, Crop Science,
Horticulture, Agribusiness, or related field.
- Proven experience(6 months to 1 year) in fertilizer, seed,
pesticide, or agri-input sales.
- Practical understanding of crop production and soil
management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and field engagement
skills.
- Ability to travel and work independently.
