Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect all
incoming goods, verifying quantity and quality.
- Issue items strictly
based on approved requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock
records, bin cards, and inventory reports.
- Conduct daily, weekly,
and monthly stock counts and reconcile variances.
- Maintain cleanliness,
organization, and security of the store.
- Report damaged, expired,
or low-stock items to management for action.
- Ensure safe storage of
chemicals, fertilizers, tools, and PPE according to company standards.
- Work closely with
procurement to monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Certificate/Diploma in
Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in
storekeeping, preferably in an agricultural or manufacturing setup.
- Strong record-keeping,
organizational, and numerical skills.
- Computer literacy (Excel,
inventory systems).
- High level of integrity,
accountability, and attention to detail.
