Responsibility Summary:
- Manage a portfolio of
retail customers – focusing on product penetration, profitability and
customer satisfaction.
- Grow branch fees and
commissions through targeted product and service offering to the Retail
portfolio
- Proactively manage and
review credit applications to reduce the possibility of NPA.
- Participate in marketing
activities within the business areas to maximize growth.
- Relationship management
through customer acquisition and retention in line with the Bank’s
strategy
Academic
& Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in
Business, economics, finance or related field.
- At least 2 years of
experience in business development.
- Strong knowledge of local
banking industry, banking products, banking services and banking
regulations.
Skills/Experience Required
- Proficiency in Sales and
Relationship Management.
- Excellent interpersonal
skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Sound financial
management skills and proficiency in analyzing financial data.
- Effective communication
and presentation skills both verbal and written.
- High integrity,
professionalism, results driven and proactive approach.
