Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Customer Care / I.T /
Tours & Travel or related fields
- Certificate in GDS AMADEUS is an added advantage
- 12+ Months Experience in a Similar Role
- Physically Fit

You will
be working from our office at JKIA, Nairobi, on a Shift schedule (Day or
Night). If successful, you will be in training for one month. A letter of
confirmation will be issued after three months of probation for exemplary
performance. You will be required to also assist guests with meet and greet at
the airport, while having a great understanding of journey planning and route
mapping for assigning jobs to cars.
