outsourcing, and career development solutions. We also provide specialized CV
Revamp, Career advisory and LinkedIn Optimization Services to professionals
preparing for career transitions.
We are
seeking a Client Service - Career Advisory candidate to supervise our career services team,
engage directly with clients, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Team
Leadership & Supervision
- Oversee the career services team (CV writing,
LinkedIn optimization, and advisory support Services).
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely
delivery of quality services.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the team to
improve client engagement and service delivery.
Client
Engagement & Advisory
- Conduct one-on-one and group career advisory
sessions with professionals.
- Assess client career needs, skills, and
aspirations, and provide tailored recommendations.
- Identify skills gaps and recommend relevant
upskilling or training opportunities.
- Offer advisory on CV revamp, LinkedIn
optimization, and interview preparation.
Business Development & Growth
- Drive uptake of career services through client
engagement and referrals.
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives to
attract new clients.
- Identify opportunities for expanding CSS’s
career development offerings.
Reporting
& Process Improvement
- Track service delivery metrics and provide
regular reports to management.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance client
experience and service efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales,
Psychology, Customer Service or related field.
- At least 3–5 years’ experience in either, Client
service, Sales career advisory, training, or related roles.
- Strong Client Service skills, sales, leadership
and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to engage diverse professionals.
- Knowledge of career development trends, LinkedIn
optimization, and CV writing best practices is an added advantage.
