The Waitress at Brazilian Rodizio will deliver outstanding table
service in a lively churrascaria setting, ensuring guests enjoy an authentic
Brazilian dining experience at the Lavington location. This Brazilian Rodizio

Key
Responsibilities
- Guest
Engagement: Welcome guests with warmth,
explain Brazilian Rodizio’s rodizio-style service, and present menu
options, including the Market Table & Feijoada Bar.
- Order
Processing: Accurately take food and beverage
orders, such as Beef Ribs (KES 2,200) and Mojitos (KES 750), and
communicate them to the kitchen and passadors.
- Service
Delivery: Serve grilled meats, sides, and
beverages promptly, adhering to Brazilian Rodizio’s presentation and
service standards.
- Dining Area
Maintenance: Clear and reset tables
efficiently, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment at Brazilian
Rodizio.
- Guest Support: Respond to guest inquiries about menu items,
such as vegetarian options or specialty cocktails, and provide tailored
recommendations.
- Upselling: Promote Brazilian Rodizio’s premium offerings,
including cocktails like Negroni (KES 950) and desserts, to boost sales.
- Team
Coordination: Collaborate
with waiters, passadors, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
during peak hours at Brazilian Rodizio.
- Compliance: Follow Brazilian Rodizio’s hygiene, safety,
and service protocols, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Feedback
Reporting: Collect guest feedback and share
with management to support Brazilian Rodizio’s continuous improvement
efforts.

Qualifications and Skills
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food and
Beverage Service, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- 1–2 years of experience as a waitress in a
high-energy restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably in Nairobi.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
to engage with Brazilian Rodizio’s diverse clientele.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy
environment, aligning with Brazilian Rodizio’s dynamic culture.
- Familiarity with Brazilian cuisine or
churrascaria service is a plus.
- High integrity and professionalism, reflecting
Brazilian Rodizio’s commitment to excellence.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
and evenings (09:00 AM – 11:00 PM).
