Role Responsibilities
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that drive
KBL growth metrics through high-potential consumption occasions.
- Serve as a commercial lead within
cross-functional teams for seamless alignment between brand ambitions and
execution strategies.
- Use data-driven insights for program
effectiveness, supporting decision-making processes.
- Take ownership of end-to-end development of
shopper programs from concept creation to post-campaign evaluation
(M&E).
- Design financially viable marketing strategies
that support brand growth ahead of category trends.
Top Accountabilities
- Drive Commercial Growth: Deliver
insight-led programs contributing directly to KBL’s P&L.
- Lead Program Delivery: Ensure impactful
execution across key channels from brief to evaluation.
- Increase return on investment: Prioritize
budget spends for optimal commercial return and efficiency.
- Influence Without Authority: Align
stakeholders across functions in a sophisticated matrix organization.
- Deliver Scalable Solutions: Create
adaptable marketing toolkits for retail success.
Experience / Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, marketing,
business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 4 years of commercial experience with
proven business results delivery capability.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in team
management or cross-functional collaboration without direct authority.
- Strong sales/marketing expertise with an
understanding of brand dynamics and customer priorities.
Desirable:
- Postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA) preferred
but not required.
- Experience in commercial management or P&L
ownership is advantageous.
