Who we are looking for
- A highly motivated and organized individual with
a strong background in data analysis and research;
- Have a proven track record of collecting,
cleaning, and analysing complex data to produce meaningful insights;
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, as they will be responsible for working with a variety of
stakeholders, including AMDA members,
- donors, and government officials;
- Have excellent Project Management skills. The
candidate should have strong organizational skills to manage multiple
research projects simultaneously, meet
- deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science,
economics, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and
research;
- Experience with statistical software, such as R
or Python;
- Experience with data visualization tools, such
as Tableau or Power BI;
- Strong understanding of research methodology;
- Ability to create actionable insights from raw
data;
- Excellent written and verbal communication
skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a
team.

- Bi- or multi-lingual proficiency (French,
Portuguese);
- Basic knowledge in the renewable energy sector .
