Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors and staff with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling Support various departments with clerical duties

Qualifications:


  • Recent graduate with a Diploma or Certificate in:
  • Front Office Operations
  • Business Administration
  • Customer Service
  • Secretarial Studies
  • Hospitality
  • Or other related fields
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
