We are seeking a Customer Service
Executive to join our team in the internet services industry. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to
both residential and commercial clients, ensuring prompt resolution of issues
and a high level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email,
and in-person, offering accurate information and assistance.
- Handle customer complaints and service requests
promptly and professionally.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting and
resolving common internet service issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve
complex problems.
- Build and maintain strong customer
relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer
interactions and prepare regular service reports.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as
scheduling service appointments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Business
Administration, Customer Service, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in customer service,
preferably in telecommunications or internet services.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and
conflict-resolution skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and
customer focus.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and
manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and
familiarity with CRM software.

- Candidates should be residing in or near the
Kikuyu/Gitaru/Kabete/Wangige areas, or be willing to relocate.
