ZKTeco Kenya is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to play a critical role in expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities across various sectors, introducing our cutting-edge security and time management solutions, and driving revenue growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to increase product adoption and revenue.
  • Present compelling business proposals, pitch decks, and partnership agreements to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and deals in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications and Skills:


  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the security, access control, time & attendance, CCTV, or related low-voltage solutions industry within Kenya (mandatory).
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Solid understanding of the Kenyan security and time management solutions market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
