Greenwheels Africa is a company transforming urban mobility through our electric bike lease-to-own program for riders. We’re looking for a Training Manager to lead our driver development programs, ensuring every rider receives expert guidance on safe riding, financial management, customer service, and the use of electric bikes from onboarding to ownership.
Responsibilities
- Design and
deliver training modules covering Uber App usage, Road Safety & First
Aid, Financial Literacy, E-bike operations, and Contractual Understanding.
- Lead and
manageateam of Training Associates to ensure timely and effective delivery
of all sessions.
- Coordinate
onboarding, refresher, and remedial training formats across regions.
- Monitor driver
knowledge retention through regular assessments and hands-on evaluations.
- Maintain
up-to-date digital learning content including videos, summaries, and
visual aids.
- Track training
KPIs such as pass rates, participation in online assessments, and impact
on rider
- performance.
- Collaborate
with Operations, Fleet, Finance, and Tech teams to align training with
business needs.
- Continuously
gather feedback and improve the training experience for maximum impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
degree in Education,Training & Development, or related field.
- 5+ years of
experience managing adult learning/training programs.
- Strong
leadership and facilitation skills, with a passion for coaching and
development.
- Experience in
mobility, logistics, or tech-driven learning environments is an added
advantage.
- Proficiency in
digital learning platforms and assessment tools.
- Data-driven
mindset with excellent planning and reporting skills.
