Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a LOGBOOK Sales Executive,
offering a pure commission, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales
Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales
opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving
sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting sales
presentations, closing sales deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through
post-sale services. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team
to develop sales strategies and attending industry events to stay updated on
market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven
experience in sales, preferably in the financial services sector
- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability
to build and maintain client relationships
- Effective
negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivation
and the ability to work independently
- Knowledge
of financial products and services is a plus
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency
in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
