We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Consultant with a strong background in consultancy to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least six years of HR experience, demonstrating expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and driving organizational change. This role requires a proactive, innovative professional who can provide strategic HR support and contribute to continuously improving our HR practices.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Design and implement training programs to support employee development and career progression.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure fair and effective evaluation of employee performance.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations and best practices.
  • Lead HR consultancy projects, providing expert advice and solutions to clients as needed.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable remuneration for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • A minimum of six years of experience in HR management, with significant experience in consultancy.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g. CHRP) is a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
