The Administrative Assistant strengthens the effectiveness of the Office of the Director by driving strategic planning, supporting execution of key initiatives, coordinating institutional governance processes, and ensuring high-level administrative and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage student admissions, registration, and enrollment processes.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective parents and guardians.
- Scheduling appointments for prospective parents with relevant class
teachers or PT Leads
- Maintain and update school information, student files, databases and
records
- Manage daily office operations and administrative procedures.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in coordinating school transport, catering, grounds &
maintenance, cleaning & sanitation, security and other support
services as needed.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support health, safety, and safeguarding procedures in collaboration
with the school nurse.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education
Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 -5 years’ experience in an administrative role,
preferably in a school environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
