We are pleased to announce that we are looking to
hire a dynamic, energetic and talented individual for the role of HRBP,
Technology in the Human Resources Division.
Reporting to the HR Cluster Lead, Technology, the
role holder will be responsible for strategic business support to the
Technology Division and support in the delivery of the People strategy. The
role holder will be a strategic HR partner providing support to Staff members
and people managers in the Technology Division.
Responsibilities
- Support the HR Cluster Lead, Technology in formulating and
implementing value-adding strategic HR Functional plans that deliver
business results.
- Work closely with the Center of Excellence teams to deliver
best in practice, customer, and solution focused HR support in the
following areas – recruitment, selection and retention; performance
management; rewards management; capability building; succession planning;
talent management and employee relations.
- Provide professional and timely employee relations advice and
guidance to people managers and Staff members. Provide coaching and
support as required and be comfortable to influence and challenge where
appropriate.
- Interpret and provide advice on HR policies and variations,
support Technology people managers in the practical implementation of HR
policies, employment legislation and best practices.
- Provide advice and guidance for disciplinary hearings
grievances and where appropriate, offer advice and guidance.
- Provide support to people managers and Staff members during
organizational changes in line with legislation, policy and best practice.
- Deputize the HR Cluster Lead, Technology as required in
Business and strategic engagements.
- Derive insights from Staff Surveys and support people managers
in effective action planning to drive employee engagement and culture
transformation.

Must have technical/professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Technology or
Business-related Degree.
- Higher National Diploma in IHRM or CHRP Certification.
- Five years experience in a HR partnering role, with at least 3
years experience supporting Technology teams.
- Extensive experience in leading and executing end to end
people strategies for Technology teams.
- Good stakeholder management experience
- Tech savvy / depth of business understanding
