Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain power supply and
distribution network in the entire site in accordance to a relevant code
of practice.
- Install, maintain, and modify
electromechanical instruments, electronic controls, and power supplies in
production, warehouse, and the offices.
- Install, maintain, and control all
facility services in the site such as air, reverse osmosis water
treatment, water deionizers, and industrial water heaters.
- Contribute to preventative Maintenance
programs to ensure that unplanned Downtime is avoided.
- Support in all the measurement instrument
calibration in his area.
- Participate in all mechanical breakdowns
and ensure root cause analysis is performed and setting mitigation
actions.
- Maintain the production lines in
excellent performance shape and report all deficiencies.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering from a
recognized electrical engineering graduate with the ability to read,
understand, and interpret circuit diagrams
- Good experience and troubleshooting
skills in advanced technologies i.e. HMI – PLC – Servo drives – servo
motors
- A good knowledge of mechanical and
electronics field is also necessary with sound understanding of
high-voltage equipment
- 5-year work experience in a manufacturing
plant preferably FMCG
- Good skills and solid background in
pneumatic system
- Skills in lean manufacturing
