Ventures is seeking to hire a Receptionist cum Cashier who will be tasked with
the following
Responsibilities
- Greeting
customers with a great attitude.
- Keying
in daily payments in the system.
- Managing
and reconciling transactions with customers using the rental management
system.
- Scanning
vacant units and ensuring pricing is accurate.
- Collecting
payments whether in cash or cheque.
- Answering
calls and responding to customer questions.
- Keying
in water meter readings at the beginning of the month.
- Cross-sell
products and introduce new tenants to the rental management system.
- Resolve
customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
- Maintain
clean and tidy checkout areas.
- Field
visits as directed.
- Track
transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
- Providing
daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Any
other duty as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Diploma
in Accounting / Finance /ATC.
- At
least two (2) years working in a service-oriented industry.
- Basic
math and accounting skills.
- Computer
proficiency, Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong
dedication to accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent
communication, customer-service and time management skills.
- Ability
to pass a background check.
