Responsibilities

Perform detailed credit risk analyses and determine

credit limits, payment terms, and risk mitigation

Negotiate repayment plans and contracts

Monitor customer, market, and industry risks

Supervise automated customer management processes and decide on customer financing

Review and resolve blocked orders

Provide portfolio analysis to Business Units

Coordinate collection activities, manage dispute resolution, and control dunning blocks

Monitor doubtful debts, bad debts, and IFRS9 compliance

Conduct customer visits for a better understanding

Qualifications

University degree in Accounting, Economics, or Risk Management

Strong knowledge of East African and Southern African countries, industries, and trends

Fluency in English

Highly organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Advanced in Microsoft Office (SAP experience preferred)
