About the Role
As a
Junior Graphic Designer at Lipa Later, you’ll play a vital role in the creative
process. You’ll work closely with our Marketing team to produce visually
compelling and effective design materials across various mediums. This role
provides an excellent opportunity for budding designers to grow their skills
and gain hands-on experience.
Key
Responsibilities:
Articulate
Design: Create visually stunning designs for both digital and print media,
including but not limited to social media graphics, marketing collateral,
posters, and advertisements.
Ideation
& Conceptualization Skills: Collaborate with the creative team to
conceptualize and develop design concepts that align with project goals and
brand guidelines.
Brand
Consistency: Maintain and ensure consistency with the company’s visual brand
identity across all design projects.
Creative
Solutions: Explore new design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh and
innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s
Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or
equivalent experience).
Strong
portfolio showcasing design work and creativity.
Proficiency
in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign).
Basic
understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
Excellent
communication and collaboration skills.
Ability
to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
