Responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying lending opportunities, assessing loan applications, following up on repayments, and supporting business growth. Requires a relevant qualification in finance, credit management, banking, business, or a related field. The position is based in Machakos and requires on-site work.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting
monthly loan disbursement targets.
- PAR
maintained at 10% or below.
- Preparing
weekly marketing and activation plans
- Generate
New business & cross sell NCL products to existing customers
- Create
market awareness for the company’s product.
Qualifications
- Degree
in Sales & Marketing/ business related field
- Proficient
in using Microsoft office applications
- Experience
in import financing will be an added advantage.
- Training
on NCL Marketing plan and policies & procedures
