Artcaffé is hiring for Restaurant Management to oversee daily restaurant operations and drive operational excellence. The role is based in Eldoret and experience in hospitality operations is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of service staff, ensuring top-notch
training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintaining seamless service
and upholding Artcaffé’s high standards.
- Foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests and
resolving concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth
coordination and exceptional dining experiences.
- Assist in inventory management, stock control, and procurement to
optimize efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene
regulations.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in implementing strategies to drive
sales and enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
(preferred).
- At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, café,
or hotel environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a
diverse team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with POS/ERP systems (e.g., Micros) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Preferably be a resident in Eldoret
