Corporate Staffing Services is recruiting a Property Client Relations Officer position. The salary for the role is Ksh 50,000 – 60,000 monthly. The job is based in Nairobi. Proficiency in client relationship management, property sales, and customer service is required.
Our
client, a growing company within the real estate sector, is seeking to hire an
experienced, proactive, and relationship-driven Property & Client Relations
Officer to support property acquisition, leasing, property onboarding, client
engagement, and business development activities. The successful candidate will
play a key role in building relationships with property owners, developers,
investors, and other stakeholders while supporting the growth of the company’s
property portfolio and investment opportunities.
The
ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate industry,
excellent client relationship management skills, and experience coordinating
property transactions and related business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Sourcing & Partner Acquisition – Identify, engage,
and onboard landlords, property owners, developers, agents, and other real
estate partners to expand the company’s property portfolio.
- Property Acquisition Support – Assist in identifying property
acquisition opportunities, conducting preliminary assessments, and
coordinating due diligence processes.
- Property Inspections & Viewings – Coordinate property
inspections, site visits, client viewings, and onboarding activities to
support leasing and acquisition objectives.
- Property Listings Management – Develop, maintain, and
regularly update property databases, listings, availability schedules, and
portfolio records.
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain
strong relationships with clients, investors, landlords, property owners,
and other stakeholders while ensuring high levels of customer
satisfaction.
- Leasing Coordination – Support leasing processes,
tenant onboarding, lease documentation, and coordination between property
owners and prospective tenants.
- Serviced Apartment Coordination – Support the
onboarding, management, and coordination of serviced apartments and
short-term accommodation units.
- Investor & Client Support – Respond to client
inquiries, provide property information, coordinate meetings, and support
investment-related engagements.
- Land Acquisition Support – Assist in identifying land
acquisition opportunities, coordinating site assessments, stakeholder
engagement, and supporting transaction processes.
- Business Development Support – Identify market opportunities,
support partnership development initiatives, and contribute to portfolio
growth strategies.
- Market Research & Property Analysis – Monitor real estate
market trends, pricing, investment opportunities, and competitor
activities to support decision-making.
- Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate
records of properties, transactions, client interactions, contracts,
inspections, and business development activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Property Management,
Land Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate, property management,
property marketing, leasing, property acquisitions, land transactions,
client relations, or property investment support services.
- Knowledge of property acquisition processes, land transactions, and
real estate investment analysis is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, property
transactions, leasing processes, and investment opportunities.
- Experience working with property owners, developers, investors,
landlords, and real estate service providers.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder
engagement skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
properties and client engagements simultaneously.
- Ability to conduct property inspections, coordinate transactions,
and manage client expectations effectively.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and property management
systems is an added advantage.
