Kiharu Technical College in Murang’a is hiring a Personal Assistant to the Director skilled in executive administration, office management, secretarial services, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Management, Communication, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Administrator.

  • Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalis 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
