Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with our culinary team, you’ll lead food cost
control, inventory management, recipe standardization, portion control,
waste reduction, and production planning; ensuring every meal is delivered
with consistency, quality, and commercial efficiency.
Qualifications
- They are looking for someone with experience in food production,
food cost control, inventory management, or hospitality operations. Strong
analytical skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with POS and
inventory systems are essential.
- Experience with LS Retail will be an added advantage.
