Job Summary
Reporting
to the Head of Digital Banking, the Commercialization Manager is responsible
for driving the commercial success, adoption, revenue growth, and market
penetration of digital products and services. The role bridges product
development, marketing, sales, customer experience, and business strategy to
ensure digital solutions deliver measurable business value and customer
outcomes.
The incumbent develops and executes commercialization strategies, manages
go-to-market initiatives, tracks product performance, drives customer
acquisition and usage, and identifies opportunities to maximize digital revenue
streams.
In digital banking and fintech environments, the role focuses on accelerating
customer onboarding, transaction growth, digital channel migration, product
profitability, and customer engagement.

Product Commercialization Strategy
- Develop commercialization strategies for digital products and
services.
- Define revenue growth, adoption, customer acquisition, and usage
targets.
- Create product positioning and value propositions.
- Identify market opportunities and growth segments.
- Align commercialization plans with organizational strategy.

(GTM) Management
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing
digital products.
- Coordinate product launches across business functions.
- Define market segmentation and customer targeting approaches.

Acquisition & Adoption
- Drive customer acquisition through digital campaigns and
partnerships.

Role/person specification
Education
- A degree from a reputable institution
Experience
- At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in business development, Sales,
sales operations, or strategy roles within a digital business environment.
MBA appreciated but not required.
- In-depth understanding of the various mobile banking platforms
- In-depth understanding of Financial Technology (Fintech).
- Maintain up to date knowledge of competitor and local market
activity
