Job Purpose:
We
are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, customer-focused, and
results-oriented professional to fill the position of Service Supervisor. The successful candidate will be
responsible for supervising and coordinating Food & Beverage service
operations to ensure exceptional member and guest experiences. The role will
oversee service staff, maintain high service standards, coordinate events and
conferences, drive revenue growth, and ensure efficient operational management
within the Club’s hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily Food & Beverage service operations and ensure
smooth service delivery.
- Lead, coach, and motivate service staff.
- Monitor service quality and compliance with service standards.
- Coordinate staff schedules and deployment.
- Conduct staff briefings and facilitate communication.
- Support induction, training, and development of service staff.
- Participate in performance appraisal and improvement initiatives.
- Obtain regular feedback from members and guests.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure timely service.
- Monitor inventories and stock controls.
- Coordinate conferences, functions, and events.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Key Minimum Qualifications
& Experience
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, Hotel
Management, or related field.
- 2 years’ supervisory experience in hospitality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of F&B operations and service standards.
- Experience with POS and stock control systems
