Githunguri Dairy Farmers Co-operative Society Ltd plays a key role in marketing of its member’s milk which is processed and packed in form of pouch packed fresh milk, Tetra Classic fresh milk, lala, butter, ghee and cream under the flagship of “Fresha Dairy Products”.

Job Purpose

In keeping with our current business needs and growing need to support our expanding business growth and provision of quality customer service in line with the society values and objectives, we are looking for skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely sales payment and overdue collections as per company policy.
  • Vet new customer account opening process while striving to increase customer database within designated market region.
  • Keep updated database of all the distributors and other customers and their designated areas of coverage.
  • Prepare weekly market intelligence report and daily activity reports for the designated market region as per defined reporting structure.
  • Ensure all sales assistants do their stock reconciliations daily.
  • Ensure proper planning for logistics for the depot sales team.
  • Ensure good customer relations with all customers in your route

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or any business/ social sciences discipline
  • Diploma in sales and marketing is a definite advantage.
  •  Four years’ experience in FMCG.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills (articulate) coupled with good listening and critical reasoning skills.
  • Good planner, well organized with the ability to deliver deadlines and sales target strictly.
