The Security Manager will oversee and coordinate all security operations across the Farm and associated sites to ensure the safety and protection of company personnel, assets, infrastructure, fish stock, vessels, and operations. The role involves managing physical and marine security, CCTV surveillance, investigations, emergency response, and security systems while leading site security teams and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.

Responsibilities:
Security
Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day security operations across the Farm and associated
sites.
- Supervise all security personnel including guards, supervisors,
foremen, CCTV controllers, and marine security teams.
- Develop duty rosters, deployment plans, and operational security
strategies.
- Ensure 24/7 security coverage for all operational areas.
- Conduct regular inspections and security audits of all facilities
and operational areas.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
- Coordinate rapid response to security incidents and emergencies.
Marine
and Concession Security
- Oversee all marine security operations within the company
concessions.
- Supervise security patrol boats and ensure proper deployment of
marine guards.
- Monitor vessel movement and ensure compliance with designated routes
and concession boundaries.
- Ensure all security vessels are properly equipped with first aid
kits, fire extinguishers, radios, life jackets and emergency response
equipment.
- Coordinate emergency responses on the water including accidents,
theft incidents, and rescue operations.
- Work closely with coxswains and marine teams to improve operational
safety and compliance.
CCTV
and Control Room Management
- Oversee CCTV operations and ensure effective monitoring of all
surveillance systems.
- Manage control room staff and ensure professional operation of the
control room at all times.
- Ensure all incidents are properly recorded, escalated, and reported.
- Coordinate with technical teams regarding camera installations,
repairs, and maintenance.
- Ensure proper utilization of thermal cameras, PTZ cameras, radar
systems, AIS tracking systems, vehicle tracking platforms and access
control systems.
- Review CCTV footage and conduct investigations into incidents,
theft, misconduct, and safety violations.
Security
Systems and Technology
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and operation of security systems
including CCTV systems, radar systems, access control systems, radio
communication systems, intrusion detection systems, alarm systems and
tracking systems
- Coordinate with internal and external technical teams regarding
system upgrades and repairs.
- Ensure security systems remain operational with minimal downtime.
- Support implementation of new security technologies and AI-driven
monitoring solutions.
Investigations
and Incident Management
- Conduct and supervise investigations into theft, fish loss, fraud,
sabotage, misconduct, safety incidents and security breaches
- Collect and preserve evidence including CCTV footage, photographs,
witness statements, and reports.
- Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings and
recommendations.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies, government authorities, and
emergency services where required.
- Attend disciplinary hearings and provide security-related evidence
and recommendations.
Emergency
Response and Safety
- Coordinate emergency response procedures for medical emergencies,
fire incidents, boat accidents, security threats, missing persons and
severe weather incidents
- Ensure all security staff are trained on emergency response, radio
communication, firefighting, first aid and incident reporting
- Ensure emergency communication systems remain operational at all
times.
- Participate in emergency drills and safety exercises.
Personnel
Management and Training
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate security staff.
- Conduct performance appraisals and disciplinary management where
necessary.
- Ensure guards maintain professional conduct, appearance, and
discipline.
- Conduct regular toolbox talks, briefings, and operational meetings.
- Mentor supervisors and foremen to improve operational effectiveness.
- Identify training needs and coordinate staff development.
Reporting
and Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, patrols, visitor access,
investigations, equipment inventories, attendance, fuel usage and vessel
deployment
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all security records.
- Monitor and manage departmental resources and consumables.
Stakeholder
Coordination
- Work closely with farm management, logistics teams, HSE, HR, and
operations departments.
- Coordinate with government authorities including Police, Coast
Guard, KMA, BMUs and Local administration
- Support executive management with security planning and operational
recommendations.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, Security
Management, Security and Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in security operations management.
- Proven experience managing large security teams.
- Experience in investigations and incident management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good understanding of CCTV systems and security technologies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to respond effectively to emergencies.
- Knowledge of radio communication procedures and emergency response
systems.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound decision-making.
- Proficient in computer applications, including report writing and
security systems.
- Flexibility to work outside normal working hours when required.
