Job
Purpose
The Property Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management,
performance, and profitability of Brilliant Tower. The role focuses on
achieving 100% occupancy, ensuring tenant satisfaction and retention, driving
revenue growth, and overseeing the day-to-day operations.
Key
Responsibilities
- Overall Operation Management: Oversee overall property operations; establish
and optimize management systems and processes; implement annual
operational and leasing plans.
- Leasing & Occupancy Management: Develop and
implement strategies to achieve and maintain 100% occupancy; Identify,
attract, and secure high-quality tenants.
- Revenue & Financial Management: Prepare and manage project budgets; Monitor
income, expenses, and profitability performance, ensure revenue and profit
targets are achieved.
- Team Management: Team recruitment& training, and
performance evaluation to ensure efficient operations.
- Work Reports& Analysis: Prepare and submit monthly operational reports,
analyzing key performance indicators.
- Public Relationship: Liaise with government authorities and public
utility providers to maintain strong external relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Property
Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related fields
preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mid-sized
property management (e.g., office buildings), including leasing
experience; familiar with leasing processes and team management.
- Strong service mindset, professionalism, and
excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly
execution-driven.
- Basic financial knowledge; ability to interpret
operational reports; strong cost-control awareness with a results-driven
mindset.
- Female candidates preferred; age 35–50; ability
to use English as a working language.
