Overall Responsibility
- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the
daily operations of the Hospital, ensuring the delivery of high-quality
patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and managing departmental
budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation
standards, and hospital policies.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best
practices to enhance efficiency and patient care.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of healthcare
professionals, including clinical and administrative staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes
professional growth and high morale.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement
staff development programs.
- Develop and manage the facility’s budget, including revenue and
expense forecasting.
- Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and implement
corrective actions as needed.
- Optimize resource utilization to achieve financial and operational
goals.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in all
the service points.
- Implement quality assurance programs to monitor and improve patient
outcomes and satisfaction.
- Address patient complaints and concerns in a timely and effective
manner.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic
plans for the facility.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion, process improvements,
and new program development.
- Represent the hospital in community events, professional
organizations, and public forums.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, referral
sources, and other healthcare providers.
- Promote outpatient services through marketing and public relations
initiatives.
Job Qualifications &
Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course or Healthcare
Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration.
- Proven track record of successful leadership and management in a
healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards,
and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
