As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Perform routine and preventive chemical pump
maintenance to ensure reliable and safe operation.
- Developing and maintaining general product line
knowledge in alignment with the Competency Management framework.
- Applying strong functional and technical skills
to support field operations and customer interactions.
- Demonstrating a customer‑focused approach in all
service and support activities.
- Communicating effectively with customers, peers,
and internal stakeholders to support operational objectives.
- Working collaboratively within a team
environment to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent execution.
- Participating in required training and product
line learning initiatives to maintain technical proficiency.
To be
successful in this role you will:
- Have a technical diploma or a minimum of 5 years
of relevant industrial experience.
- Have a Two‑year Technical Degree (preferred).
- Have relevant industry experience and completed
product line training.
- Have strong functional, technical, and problem‑solving
abilities.
- Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and
teamwork skills.
- Have the ability to follow established
procedures, learning frameworks, and competency requirements.
- Have a demonstrated commitment to continuous
learning and professional development.
