Job Summary

The Deputy Principal & Campus Administrator will deputize the Principal in providing overall leadership and management of the Institution while overseeing the day-to-day academic, administrative, and operational functions of one of the campuses. The role is responsible for ensuring excellence in teaching, student experience, staff supervision, institutional compliance, operational efficiency, and implementation of the Institute’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversee the day-to-day academic and administrative operations of the assigned campus. 
  • Support implementation of the Institute’s strategic plan, policies, quality standards, and institutional objectives. 

  • Oversee academic programs, training quality, student affairs, and learner support services to ensure excellence in teaching and learning. 
  • Promote professionalism, discipline, customer service, and positive student experience across the campus. 
  • Supervise departmental heads, trainers, and support staff to ensure effective service delivery and operational efficiency. 
  • Support student enrolment growth, marketing activities, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives within the campus catchment area. 
  • Ensure proper utilization, maintenance and security of training facilities, learning resources, and institutional assets. 
  • Coordinate implementation of institutional quality assurance systems, including compliance with TVET and Quality management system standards (ISO 9001:2015).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, education, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Academic administration, hospitality training or institutional Management.
  • Strong Leadership, Communication, and Organizational Skills
  • Proficiency in ICT and administrative systems  
  • Experience in TVET or Hospitality Education will be an added advantage
