Growth Marketing Senior Officer Job in Nairobi, Kenya

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full marketing funnel – from lead generation to nurturing and conversion.
  • Design and execute high-performing digital campaigns that target the built environment and project-based markets.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Business Development to ensure alignment on leads, pipeline growth, and revenue conversion.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a results-driven marketing team, while managing agencies and external partners for maximum impact.

  • Track, analyze, and optimize marketing ROI, conversion rates, and campaign performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, digital sales, or commercial roles, including at least 3 years in management.
  • A proven track record in driving revenue and pipeline growth in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in the building and construction industry or built environment.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and leadership skills.
