Key Responsibilities
- Own the full marketing funnel – from lead
generation to nurturing and conversion.
- Design and execute high-performing digital
campaigns that target the built environment and project-based markets.
- Partner closely with Sales and Business
Development to ensure alignment on leads, pipeline growth, and revenue
conversion.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a results-driven
marketing team, while managing agencies and external partners for maximum
impact.
- Track, analyze, and optimize marketing ROI,
conversion rates, and campaign performance.
Qualifications
& Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing,
digital sales, or commercial roles, including at least 3 years in
management.
- A proven track record in driving revenue and
pipeline growth in a B2B environment.
- Experience in the building and construction
industry or built environment.
- Strong commercial, analytical, and leadership
skills.
