Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that team leaders meet their
performance targets.
- Ensuring equity when sharing cases among team
leaders.
- Ensuring that the country-wide offline process
flow of cases/ work is maintained
- Making various approvals.
- Monitoring portfolio performance
- Coming up with strategies on how to improve
performance
- Monitoring agents’ performance.
- Overall Expense Reduction Strategies.
- Link between team leaders and the Departmental
Head.
- Training of new team leaders and field
collection staff.
- Coaching of existing Team leaders and
staff.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or
related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- At least four years of relevant experience.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
- Fluent in English and Swahili.
- Good leadership skills
