Administration
of all camp operations and reporting; assist the manager in all
back-of-the-house jobs.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Business administration/Accounting
- Extensive knowledge in reports, resource management, cost control
and personnel matters.
- Accounting skills
- People skills
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Hospitality operations knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Help the manager with all camp administration duties
- Monthly camp reports ,produce and cross-check with the manager all
monthly reports .Income sheets, Expense sheet (PC declarations),Muster
roll, Bednight figures & origin of clients ,F&B consumption, Fuel,
Vehicle Summary (included work carried out & mileage),Solar &
other equipment maintenance sheet.
- Keep a well-organized list of maintenance duties ordered to the
maintenance team
- Supervise the stock takes and income for the shop
- HR matters- coordinate staff uniforms, duty rosters and staff off
days. Follow clear company employment procedures for temporary employees
and contractors. Make sure staff camp is maintained in good condition.
- Health & Safety -In liaison with the camp manager, make sure OSH
and eco standards are met at all times
- Any other task assigned by the camp manager including hosting guests
