Responsibilities:
- Assisting the chef in preparation of the cooking
ingredients.
- Washing, peeling and chopping cooking
ingredients.
- cleaning the kitchen equipment’s utensils and
work area.
- Ensuring food preparation areas are clean at all
times
Qualifications:
- Certificate in hospitality/food production.
- 1-2 years experience working as an a cook
assistant.
- Willing to work in Athi River and live inside
the company premises.
- Knowledge of operating kitchen equipments and
tools.
- Willing to learn.
