Office Manager Job in Kenya - Brookhill Projects

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily operations and keep our busy office running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator and have keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office and supporting our team to do their best work.
  • Creating and improving office systems and processes to keep everything running efficiently.
  • Allocating tasks and managing workloads. Always making sure the right people are focused on the right things.
  • Reporting on office operations and identifying ways to make things work even better.
  • Keeping communication clear across departments and helping the whole team stay connected.
  • Taking ownership of the office environment by ensuring it’s a space that’s organized, productive, and positive.

What We’re Looking For


  • 3–4 years’ experience working in a busy, fast-moving office.
  • Someone who’s self-sufficient and can work confidently without close supervision.
  • Proven experience managing a team of 10 or more -you know how to lead, motivate, and bring people together.
  • Experience in the design and build sector (or a similar creative, project-based environment).
  • Strong organizational and people skills-you’re a natural manager who can balance tasks, personalities, and priorities.
  • Educated to Degree level or higher.
  • Confident with IT systems, ideally Google Workspace (G-Suite).
  • Some knowledge of HR, accounting, or contracting is a bonus.
