Spez Catering Limited is seeking a professional and customer-focused Waitress to join our team. The Waiter will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests, ensuring orders are taken and delivered accurately, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.
Key
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and
professional manner.
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders,
and serve them promptly.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and
well-maintained.
- Check on customers during service to ensure
satisfaction.
- Handle billing, issue receipts, and process
payments.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and
complaints politely.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure
smooth service.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and service
standards.
- Support catering events and special functions as
needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional
training in hospitality is an advantage.
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Waiter or in a
customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in busy
environments.
- Good personal grooming and professional
appearance.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and customer-oriented.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public
holidays.
