Responsibilities
Sales
Support and Client Interaction
- Assist the sales team in identifying and
qualifying potential leads.
- Participate in client meetings, product
presentations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM
tools).
Product
Knowledge and Training
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the
company’s products or services.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and
on-the-job coaching.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors,
and customer needs.
Lead
Generation and Prospecting
- Conduct research to identify new sales
opportunities.
- Initiate contact with potential clients via
calls, emails, and networking.
- Schedule and confirm meetings for senior sales
executives.
Sales Process Assistance
- Support the preparation of proposals,
quotations, and sales documentation.
- Track and manage sales pipeline under the
supervision of the Sales Manager.
- Assist in closing deals under the guidance of
experienced team members.
Customer
Service and Relationship Building
- Address basic client queries and provide
after-sales support.
- Build rapport with existing and potential
customers to foster long-term relationships.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve
products and services.
Reporting
and Performance Tracking
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales
activity reports.
- Monitor individual and team KPIs to evaluate
sales effectiveness.
- Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and
opportunities.
Team
Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with marketing, customer
service, and product teams.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming
sessions, and strategy development.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 year experience required.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving
ability and willingness to learn.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal
communication skills.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to
develop technical skills.
- Strong organizational and time management
skills.
