Reporting to the Chair, Department of Agricultural Science and Technology, Kitui Campus, the successful candidate’s main responsibility will be to provide clerical support to the staff and students.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcoming Visitors
- Attending to student enquiries
- Compiling statistical records for the students
- Sorting letters, dispatching to various places,
and also filling
- Maintaining an efficient filling system
- Handling official information with
confidentiality
- Any other duties assigned by the chairperson,
Agricultural Science and Technology
Qualifications & Experience:
- Applicants must have at least KCSE D (Plus) or
an equivalent with credit in English Language.
- Minimum of three years relevant experience.
- in computer application and proficiency in Word
processing and spreadsheets software.
- Certificate in Archives and Records Management
or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Skills required for the Job
- Good customer care skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Computer literacy with good knowledge of word
processing and Excel.
- Team player skills.
- Communication and secretarial skills.
