We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team remotely. In this role, you will play a key part in recruitment, headhunting, and ensuring smooth HR operations. What You’ll Do
Recruitment
Support:
- Source and match top talent using job boards,
LinkedIn, and databases.
- Headhunt passive candidates and build talent
pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
- Screen resumes, manage applications, and
maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
HR
Administration:
- Assist with posting job ads, updating job
descriptions, and drafting HR documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring
managers and candidates.
- Support onboarding processes and maintain HR
compliance.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Track and report recruitment metrics like
time-to-fill and engagement rates.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless
communication between teams.
What
We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1+ years in recruitment, sourcing,
or HR support.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn
Recruiter, and tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Organized: Strong attention to detail and
ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective Communicator: Excellent verbal and
written communication skills.
- Proactive: Self-starter who can work
independently and meet deadlines.
Nice to
Have
- Experience in global recruitment or HR
operations.
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques or
advanced sourcing strategies.
