Finance & Admin Officer Job in Kenya - Palette Point Solutions

Responsibilities

  • financial reporting and management information systems to prepare periodic financial reports.
  • Perform variance and analysis and support strategic financial decision-making.
  • Oversee journal entries and ledger accuracy using the accounting system.
  • Prepare cashflow forecasts and ensure optimal liquidity planning.
  • Provide insights to senior management on financial strategies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of accounts receivable and payable.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance (CPA-K/ICPAK registered).
  • 5+ years in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong experience in ERP systems and financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage profitability and strategic growth.
  • Exceptional skills in budgeting, forecasting, audit management, and compliance.
