Salute Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Managing Director. Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Holds an MBA (completed or in progress) in
Communication, Public Relations, or Business.
- Possesses 2–3 years of professional experience,
with strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in sales coordination, basic
accounting principles, and corporate presentation development.
- Capable of representing leadership in meetings
and producing insightful reports and presentations.
- Demonstrates proactivity, discretion, and
exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, travel
arrangements, and correspondence.
- Represent the MD in meetings, documenting
minutes and tracking action points.
- Maintain the MD’s diary and participate in
strategic and business meetings.
- Develop presentations, analyze business data,
and support decision-making processes.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication
across internal teams and external stakeholders.
