Oneway Facilities Management Ltd is seeking an approachable, proven, high-performing, and self-motivated IT Support Technician to support our offices.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer systems
- Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Set up, configure, and deploy hardware and software.
- Manage disaster recovery process and ensure regular daily
backup is taken.
- Set up antivirus and provide day-to-day support.
- Fully conversant with Windows, Outlook, and MS Office
- Provide exemplary customer service across all levels of the
organization
- End User Device
administration/configuration/support/troubleshooting
- Support equipment, software, and connectivity for Windows
workstations, PCs, printers, internet
Qualification & Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information
Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in providing end-user IT support in a fast-paced,
changing environment.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to support Windows, Linux, and Mac OS
users’ workstations.
- High level of confidentiality due to the kind of information
that is interacted with daily.
- Able to travel frequently locally
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
